He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1997. Beyond standard chiropractic licensure he has pursued post-graduate certification in the non-surgical disc and soft-tissue work this practice is built around — set out in full in the credentials panel alongside. The goal is always the same: find the actual cause, address it directly, and get you back to your life.
Earlier in his career he served as a Resident Faculty Member at Concordia University Irvine, teaching anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, and exercise physiology — which is a large part of why patients here tend to leave understanding their own condition.

Dr. William Choi is an associate doctor at Richter Family Chiropractic in Corona, California.
Dr. William’s path into chiropractic began on the field. A lifelong athlete, he became interested early on in how the body moves, adapts, and recovers, and in what separates an athlete who performs well from one who is constantly sidelined. That interest led him to San Diego State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a foundation in human movement, biomechanics, and exercise science.
He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences, training in diagnosis, chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, and rehabilitative care. He practices the Diversified technique, the most widely used hands-on adjusting method in chiropractic.
Through his training and practice, Dr. William has worked with athletes across a range of disciplines and competitive levels. That experience shaped how he treats everyone: the principles that keep an athlete healthy are the same ones that keep anyone healthy. Whether a patient is chasing a personal record, recovering from an injury, or trying to get through the workday without pain, care should be built on an understanding of how their body actually works.
He now applies that same approach to patients of all ages and activity levels, with an emphasis on thorough evaluation, clear communication, and treatment plans that address the movement patterns behind the symptoms, not just the symptoms.
Outside the office, he enjoys playing soccer, running, watching movies, and always looking for new places to eat.
