On Visit 2, your doctor presents your complete treatment plan with itemized pricing and explains exactly how it will be billed — through your insurance, as a cash plan, or under an attorney lien if you're an auto accident or personal injury patient. Yes. We accept insurance, and we also offer cash payment options for patients without coverage or with plans that don't cover the care they need. If you were injured in an auto accident or personal injury case, we also work on an attorney lien basis so you can start care right away. We'll verify your benefits and explain your options before you commit to anything.
Visit 1 is your consultation and full exam, including X-rays if they're clinically indicated. Visit 2 is your report of findings: what's wrong, whether we can help, which therapies are indicated, how many visits it will take, how long, and exactly what it will cost. Both visits are covered by your new patient exam. Treatment is separate — if you agree to the plan, care can start that day and is billed according to that plan.
